Enormous breakfast buffet, with home made pastries, excellent. Very helpful staff at the reception Tariel and at breakfast Alina. Room furniture is a bit outdated, so is the carpet, but it is functional and comfortable, good value for money. We had a room in the attic, that was in 2 levels, till the very top of the roof, interesting. Welcome drinks and coffee/tea in the room are a nice perks. Great location for exploring the city. Hotel parking is small, but the hotel has arrangement with street parking all around the hotel.

The reception staff were extremely helpful and had a great knowledge of what to do and what tour's to take . The breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The bar staff were also very friendly and chatty, asked for a Brandy one night and the barman brought it to me with the Brandy glass on top of a glass of hot water which brings out the flavor of the Brandy he said. It was just a nice touch and added to the experience.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel, and I must highlight their exceptional hospitality and safety standards. A special thank you goes to Eliza, who demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and kindness. I had mistakenly left my money in the safe when checking out and heading to the airport. After calling the reception, Eliza immediately took action, coordinated everything, and personally ensured the money was delivered to me at the airport. This thoughtful gesture gave me 100% confidence in the integrity and dedication of the staff. It is a strong reminder that the quality of the staff is the most important factor when choosing a place to stay. Kudos to the management for assembling such a fantastic team, especially Eliza and Alina, who truly went above and beyond to make my stay worry-free.
