The hotel was perfectly situated near to a tram stop into the city and metro nearby. Lovely 15 min trip along the river. The staff were very helpful and friendly and rooms very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a great choice of hot and cold. Perfect for a five night stay in Prague in a fairly quiet location but with many shops and cafes nearby. Beware of taxis from centre as can cost expensively more than Uber.

The staff, especially Ondre, was really friendly and welcoming. My colleague and me were really glad staying at this hotel. We really enjoyed the lounge experience next to the breakfast room.

By far the best hotel Experience I ever had. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The room was great. And I can't explain how happy I am with how I was treated. I will recommend this hotel to everyone and whenever I go back to Prague I will always be staying here.
