The whole environment was simply fabulous! The room, our terrace, the pools, the service and the food... everything was just perfect. Even nature was on our side with a sloth on the premises and a whale jumping in the distance.!! Walking around can be a challenge due to steep walk ways. But the Hotel is offering internal transport services.

Take a massage, is great and with stunning views at the top. As well as the canopy walks right in the hotel park, with the guide if you wish. Lots of animals around in the mornigs and late afternoon.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. All the staff were so friendly, the food was amazing, and the pool area was lovely. Very well positioned between Quepos and the national park and there is a bus right outside the door that runs every 15 mins to take you to either place. Highly recommend!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Gaia Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel premises are on a hill consumed by nature where animals such as monkeys and sloths are easily visible. From the La Luna restaurant, you can enjoy a stunning ocean view. The rooms are fresh, clean and tastefully decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere. In addition, the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of activities. One of the aspects I liked the most was the attention of the staff and the cleanliness in the room. Everyone was very friendly and attentive, they really made us feel at home. The included breakfast was another plus point; there was a variety of delicious options that satisfied all tastes. In short, my stay at Gaia Hotel was exceptional. I highly recommend it to those looking for a comfortable and affordable place. I will definitely be back on my next visit.

Manuel Antonio Beach is a stunning, sandy beach with beautiful views. It can be a bit crowded, but if you want a quieter experience, I recommend heading to the beach right after the park opens. You'll often see monkeys around the beach, which adds to the unique experience.

Lots of monkey business here !

Lots of monkey business here ! I could have watched the monkeys all day long at the trail head of Catedral Punta. Please note: Catedral Punte trail was closed for repairs, while we were there. Which was one of the main reasons for going to this park, was to hike that trail. The park was still amazing and worth the time it took to get there. I would definitely revisit this park .

Suggest going on an early tour to see the most wildlife. Also, may need to book in advance because time slots sell out. We were happy to see more than one species of monkey as well as sloths. Beautiful beaches to swim in, warm waves, & very fine sand. We were happy to have a towel to remove all the sand. Yoi cannot bring your own food. Suggest skipping the loop at Punta Catedral since all the overlooks were roped off with caution tape.

Well worth hiring a guide employed by the park. Do not get scammed by the guides you see advertising on the street. Also take the early morning tour. Animals are out. Afternoon tour animals are sleeping from the heat of the day

Phenomenal staff, woman in reception was super friendly, the man running breakfast and the woman cooking the food were incredible. So professional and helpful, breakfast options are limited but very tasty! Location was good, we had a car so that made things easier. There’s a bus stop in front of the hotel to take the bus directly to Manuel Antonio beach + national park.

Several swimming pools, cowork space, loungefor guests, restaurant. I rested very well. Location is great. You can take the bus to Manuel Antonio beach or even go there by foot. There are some little stores, coffee shops, and drugstores nearby. Getting to Selina was very easy too. Sometimes you can see little monkeys hanging around.

Rooms are clean. The balcony was lovely and whole apartment was spacious with excellent cooking facilities. Staff were great and friendly and gave us lights during an unexpected power cut. Also came with Max and Suzie the resident pet dog and cat who said hello in the mornings. Great location next to restaurants and supermarket and frequent 15min bus route to Manuel Antonio beach.

Breakfast every morning was fresh and tasty and very hearty. Our room was private, clean and comfortable. The squirrel monkeys, iguanas and macaws on the property were always so fun to see! The pool was clean and refreshing and never too busy. Great location, quiet street, easy to get into either Quepos or down to the Manuel Antonio beaches. We extended our stay we loved it so much
