First of all, you can feel the luxury from the moment I entered the hotel. When you enter the door, a delicious smell welcomes you. Then I went to the reception and a receptionist named Nilo welcomed me. She was really attentive, helpful and kind. I think this could be your home in Shanghai.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was welcoming and very sweet, especially Jolin, who was our designated butler. She was attentive and was ready to help us whenever we needed anything. The hotel room was big, comfortable and full of amenities, and the views were spectacular. We also enjoyed the morning breakfast, which catered to all different tastes and dietary requirements, offering a wide variety of options (the pancakes were one of the best I've ever had).

Fantastic location near one of the exits of West Nanjing Road station. The staff were excellent and gave clear instructions on the payment, directions to the property etc. They were also able to arrange for pickup from the airport. Though the apartment was compact, there were amenities such as a washer/dryer and kitchenette.
