We were close to departure when we booked, but check in was smooth, we were contacted immediately after we booked, sent us lots of useful information, and found our room very smoothly. A great, private little room with decent sized bathroom as well. Brilliant location, very clean and would absolutely stay there again. They're great with the communication and helped when I couldn't find the location.
