Everything was amazing, the location is so beautiful, right next to the river with the mountains around. It's very comfortable, warm, clean and the staff are professional, friendly and helpful. A special mention to Gabriel. The food is excellent, especially the buffet dinner which is fresh, varied and abundant! There are also several tours which can be arranged through the hotel.✨

Patrick, the owner, was incredible! He totally saved us when we got a flat tire. There are no service stations for 90 miles, but Patrick repaired our flat on the spot. He also offered to sell us gasoline if we ran short (which is easy to do in Torres del Paine - no service stations anywhere near). The view from the lodge across the Serano River towards the Horns was amazing.
