A very fresh hotel in a very central location. Really cool ”designer-container” architecture. The price performance was really good. Comfortable beds, pillows, duvets and bathroom. A welcome drink was offered at the bar at the top of the hotel, we appreciated that.

View of water. Room and bathroom very nice. Friendly staff. Stored my luggage while I hike. Prepared breakfast to go for me.

There is something very special about this hotel. We stayed 5 nights in total and in our 3 weeks in Patagonia this was our favourite hotel. It's a bit quirky, with a welcoming atmosphere, very pleasant staff and a great restaurant. All rooms and the restaurant have lovely views of the fiord, mountains, birds, fabulous geese and cute dog. 20 minutes easy walk into town (depending on the wind of course!).

Perfectly located hotel with sweeping mountain and lake views. We had clear skies and warm weather during our stay. The views from the rooms, restaurant and sitting areas were spectacular. Excellent quality restaurant meals at reasonable prices. An abundant and tasty breakfast. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Wish we could have stayed longer!
