The staff's friendliness and attentiveness are beyond great; they pay attention to every little detail. Even the ladies who serve breakfast are incredibly friendly, genuinely interested in your trip and experiences, and very, very kind! The girls at reception were also wonderful. They helped me book a very special tour when I thought it wouldn't be possible, as I was trying to book just the day before. I always left at 6 a.m. to start my tours and daily activities, so I wasn't expecting to have breakfast at the hotel (which starts at 7). However, they immediately offered to prepare a takeaway breakfast for me every morning, which was just perfect for the kind of plans people typically make here. I would definitely stay here again! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed, a nice shower, and a well-appointed bathroom. The hotel also offers spacious and convenient free parking, the hotel is located just 1 km from the main city square.

Absolutely amazing place to stay in Puerto Natales. The rooms are very spacious and clean, the breakfast was very delicious and the staff very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Puerto Natales.

Everything was clean and tidy and the room was very very good with a marvellous view. Breakfast was quite nice. Definitely would come back.
