Really lovely hotel. Huge bright rooms and big bathrooms. Everything very clean and good quality. Lots of character. Very helpful staff. Excellent value for Santiago. Location handy for the airport with metro and bus but also can walk to plaza de armas. Easy walking distance to nice places to eat.

Beautiful and well maintained and decorated villa from 1912 with a lovely garden. Very friendly and attentive staff. Good breakfast selection.

The room was spacious and the staff responded flexibly to our need for an early start by providing us with a packed breakfast. Restaurants - including not too touristy ones- within easy walking distance.

Fantastic care and help from Mely. Great location. End of the small street. Near metro station. Very good empanadas at the corner. Couldn't imagine better place...

This hotel is amazing. Your morning will start with a delicious two-course breakfast of breads then eggs cooked to your preference. The rooms were spacious, with a large workstation (I bring my laptop while traveling to process photos). The beds were comfortable; they even had turn-down service! Bathroom was clean, shower had amazing water pressure. Location is right next to a vibrant restaurant scene and walking distance to the magnificent Pre-Columbian museum. Make sure to check out the ice cream shop across the street! Finally, I loved the courteous and helpful staff. The service is impeccable and deserve 10 out of 5 stars. After check-out, they even allowed us to use the spa to freshen up before our late flights. The rooftop bar was marvelous, offering a variety of drinks including one with calafate liqueur, which basically guarantees that we'll be back!

Location is amazing! The bario Italia neighborhood is the nicest part of Santiago that I have found so far. And this hotel is centrally located with plenty of places to eat, drink, dance and shop within 1-10 mins walk But in a relaxed street without too much noise. Nice to enjoy from the beautiful and green balcony that our room had. The place is a very small (<10 rooms?) but has 24 hour staff that takes very good care of its guests. And perfect breakfast/lunch facilities for eating outside in the patio. I recommend it, and am certainly coming back.
