The staff were exceptional. Gave us lots of advice, and also a membership card to the art gallery. The room was lovely and has recently been refurbished, we were given an upgrade, but the receptionist team could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was very good, continental selection as standard, but still very good. My husband also particularly liked their homemade yoghurt for breakfast. The location was great, easy to find and quite close to the main station, only 2 or 3 minute walk from the old town where the shops and restaurants are.

After staying at the usual suspects in Zurich for my umpteenth visit, I found this gem on booking.com. The place is just like a Wes Anderson set. Loved it. It delighted my local friends who came for coffee.
