I loved the beautiful detail they put into the rooms. Absolutely stunning. This hotel is definitely a gem. The bed was very comfortable as well. I also like how they put automatic under mount lighting on the night stands and bathroom vanity. Very convenient for when you have to use the washroom in the middle of the night. The comfort level and cleanliness were spot on as well. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The gentlemen who checked us in was the most friendly, welcoming and accommodating front desk clerk I’ve ever come across. This was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back.

This superb hotel is a real hidden gem right in the middle of downtown Calgary. The location is perfect, access is very easy when arriving by car, and local amenities and tourist activities (eg Calgary Zoo) are well within easy reach. Dining locations are easy to reach and key sightseeing activities accessible without any issue. Service and friendliness from all staff is incredible - nothing is too much trouble and staff go out of their way to ensure every customer is so well looked after at every encounter.
