This superb hotel is a real hidden gem right in the middle of downtown Calgary. The location is perfect, access is very easy when arriving by car, and local amenities and tourist activities (eg Calgary Zoo) are well within easy reach. Dining locations are easy to reach and key sightseeing activities accessible without any issue. Service and friendliness from all staff is incredible - nothing is too much trouble and staff go out of their way to ensure every customer is so well looked after at every encounter. Great place to stay in Calgary. The staff was kind all the time. Parking was good and the room was bigger than we thought. The place is near to everything, good places to eat, drink something and also just walk around the city. Check-in was simple and fast.
