This is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Customer Service was excellent, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Super clean, bedrooms cleaned and refreshed every day. Very quiet but central to everything and not far from the main train station. Excellent value for money.

Liked the small scale of the hotel with only 4 floors and having all the amenities of a larger hotel. The thoughtful placement of the electronic controls for the window shades and room lights made it very convenient to use from anywhere in the room. Loved the luxurious bathroom finishes and the quality of the bath products.

everything was great, from check in to check out. awesome location in central Toronto, easy to go to different attractions on foot or by public transport. the apartment was large, well furnished and equipped.
