Breakfast was pretty good, everything was delicious and they keep the food hot. The room was really comfy and always clean. Staff were very nice and alway willing to help.

The courteous service, the comfortable beds and the friendliness of the staff. Our luggage didn't arrive in Calgary. After we had tried to call the airport and the airline many times ourselves, the front desk manager gave us great support and called us again and tried to solve the problem for us. We were also provided with free shuttle service to the airport so we could search for our luggage. In the hotel the guest is king. All employees are super motivated and helpful. The hotel has a water park with 2 large slides. Our two daughters particularly liked this. The continental breakfast buffet includes: Toasts, muffins, fresh fruit, cereals, eggs, bacon, pancakes, juices, jam, peanut butter and much more

Naomi, the receptionist, was very friendly and helpful on arrival and couldn't have been more welcoming. And the night clerk (didn't catch his name) was also really friendly and helpful. Our stay was only a short one but in hindsight I wish I had booked a couple of nights. Great hotel and staff.
