I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The staff is extremely attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made all the difference during my visit. Everything was GREAT! The room is lovely and super comfortable, the shower is amazing, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. Specially the scrambled eggs! Also the staff was super nice, and the snacks at the reception were a total blessing. Will definitely stay there again if we go back to Sao Paulo.

Location is great, facilities are brand new, super clean, bed is very comfy, staff is present and polite. All in all, excellent value for money.

The staff is very friendly, the location is excellent, close to shopping center and restaurants, the hotel is very clean and the breakfast has lots of varieties. It was an excellent stay and we will come back to stay in this hotel again soon.
