The Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were chatting with my child and my child liked that very much. My car’s battery died over the night and the helpful staff rushed to help. They changed the battery on the car key and helped finding someone with cables to restart the car.

Picturesque location at the top of the mountain. Nice neighborhood Dragalevtsi with largest supermarket Fantastico near the Sofia ring road. The property has couple of private parking spots. There property is extermely well heated, there are radiators everywhere and they are really hot, which is really nice for this cold time of the year. The room was really quiet, good sound isolation. The bed was comfy with orthopedic matress. The staff was very polite, friendly and extremely helpful.
