Very clean, big room, huge bathroom, by hotel standards, with immaculate white towels. Staff, polite and willing to help. I would appreciate if my praise would be shared with everyone and particularly with receptionist Bobi! Always with a smile, happy to have a chit chat, to give recomendations, like a true host. Excellent breakfast. What others have also stated, it is the same everyday, however there are more then enough choices, and everything was fresh and tasty: eggs, boiled and scrambled, hot dogs, cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruits, fruit compot, nuts, about 5 or 6 types of pastries(including pancakes), butter, jam, juices, espresso coffee, wide selection of teas, herbal, green and black

Picturesque location at the top of the mountain. Nice neighborhood Dragalevtsi with largest supermarket Fantastico near the Sofia ring road. The property has couple of private parking spots. There property is extermely well heated, there are radiators everywhere and they are really hot, which is really nice for this cold time of the year. The room was really quiet, good sound isolation. The bed was comfy with orthopedic matress. The staff was very polite, friendly and extremely helpful.
