Staff and hospitality. Also it was great breakfast, nice room and facilities. But staff made the difference for us. Really considering staying again. Nearby a lot of cafes, restaurants, pubs and grocery shops. But neighbourhood quiet. Taxi to the Center was 2-4 manats. If you want there is also a metro station in a walking distance
