We liked everything about this modern, plush and outstanding hotel. Every member of staff we encountered was polite, pleasant, attentive and eager to please. Our room was stunning, the attention to detail in the décor was outstanding and bed so comfortable that we overslept on both nights of our stay. Breakfast was more than ample with plenty of choice and again with members on staff on hand at all times to replenish the fayre and get you that extra cup of coffee. The hotel is also in a great location overlooking the Brisbane River and the Southbank area. All parts of the CBD are within a ten minute walk.

Love the outlook over the river, right next to train station so incredibly convenient to the airport. Had two very pleasant walks along the riverfront. Tons of cafes & restaurants nearby. Room was better than the new Sofitel in Bangkok. Large room, comfy beds, big bathroom, room for bags. Felt really luxurious. Roof top bar & restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious. Loved it. Definitely staying there again whenever in Brisbane.

I loved Jephson! I stayed here for 5 days and would happily have stayed more. The staff were absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful. Toowong is actually a great option, about 15-20 minutes on the bus or train to the centre or about half an hour on the ferry. Toowong village shopping centre is 5 minutes walk and has loads of infrastructure, there's a street full of good Asian restaurants and coffee shops between the station/bus stop and the hotel and KatsuCo next to the hotel is excellent. It's worth taking the public transport to take advantage of the significantly better price.

The property is nicely located next to west end village and a walking distance to the CBD (Queen Street Mall) and South Bank Parklands. It made exploring and enjoying Brisbane very easy. Even driving out to Sunshine Coast was easy from here. The check in was very smooth and the property had good facilities and clean rooms.

Ground floor cafe was good for a coffee, light meal, or breakfast if we didn't want the Buffet Breakfast available in the restaurant. A taxi rank is outside.

I went down to Brisbane for the Weekend. Every. Place I was attending was in close proximity so I walked everywhere. Suncorp Stadium. The Exhibition Building. Roma Street Parklands King George Square & Queen Street Mall.. Bathrooms were Shared & the same with the Kitchen. Beds were Comfortabke. Room was Clean Could sit outside, in front of the Building to Eat or just Chill. Really happy withe Location.

Location was good walking distance to railway station and Queen Street Mall. It was hot during ur visit and the air-conditioning worked well. We did not use the pool but it looked very inviting, the nicest part of the complex.

We visited Brisbane to go to the ballet at Southbank and the hotel was a very short walk across the bridge. Great location within Queen Street Mall. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. It was a very hot day and we were able to get into our room early which was wonderful. All the staff were friendly especially the breakfast host. We enjoyed the breakfast too with a good selection of both western and Asian dishes.
