Great staff and services especially Shannell at the front desk who was really helpful and supportive to add us free parking and breakfast due to faulty online booking via booking. com. The Penthouse suite was fantastic and amazing with modern remotes controlling facilities which was impressive and wowed. Great location to all the pacific fair, beaches and restaurants, great valets parking staff and housekeeping. Definitely highly recommended and will book my next trip there again.

A new hotel with full room amenities. Very well thought out. so clean and a lovely balcony for sunrise. Tea and coffee facilities. had an iron and ironing board in the room, makes it so much easier!

Pacific Fair Shopping Centre is huge if you are visiting then make sure you wear comfortable shoes to wear. Lots of oppatunity for shopping and indulging in delectable delights from the cafes etc within.

The apartments were very clean and spaciousness The pool / spa and library and games room were great! It was lovely and convenient to be able to walk to the beach and also walking distance to catch a tram to Pacific Fair Shopping centre and / or Surfers main beach for only 50cent fare ride

Easy beach access, the living room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the view was amazing. The pool was lovely. A short walk to a surf club for dinner and not too far from Pacific Fair shopping centre.

The apartment is located across the road from Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and the tram and bus stop. Short walk to the beach, surf club and food outlets. Great Thai Restaurant at street level, plus an Indian. Large sunny balcony where we had our meals every night. King size bed, very comfortable.
