The lovely lady who runs the accommodation is absolutely wonderful. She was so welcoming, friendly and full of helpful suggestions. It felt like she was a friend we’d known for years. The room was great with a large bathroom. Really close to the station and easy to get where we needed to be. Thanks for a terrific stay.

The best customer service we have experienced in a long time. Every staff member we encountered were so friendly and willing to assist with any request or enquiry, and we were greeted by everyone with a smile and genuine conversation. Plenty of parking space out the front of the hotel to check in and it was so easy to find parking in the on-site parking facilities. The room was very clean and provided us with ample amenities for our stay.

Rooms are very generous in size. Has kettle, toaster fridge, crockery and cutlery...all you need! Location is perfect, out of CBD but has bus right outside the door. Beds!!! OMG soooo comfy, pillows fluffy but firm. Towels so fluffy and lovely. Pool was fabulous 🤩
