Especially the guy in the reception ,whose name was ANIL helped me to o get information absolutely about everything in the hotel and he responded my all needs(including extra tuxedo bag) although it wasnt his responsibility. Because of that guy I got an excellent impression about the hotel and all other remaining personnel in the hotel. I will absolutely choose this hotel again in mu next visit in October.

I usually think that giving a 10 grade to Any hotel might be slightly "over the top".. However in this case it is the only grade that will actually reflects the qualuty and value of this excellent hotel. Pullman is located on circular Quay, by far the most beautiful place mainly in sydney. The rooms are spacious and well maintained including a well stocked kitchen a dishwasher and washer/dryer.. Which is very useful. , The service is great and the staff did everything to make us feel comfterble. I especially like to commend Nany from the dining room (that got a great view to the harbour bridge) that took care of every request that we had..

Even if you go to see the opera here, go on the public ferry...

Even if you go to see the opera here, go on the public ferry. Then you dont have to be there 3-4 hours in advance and you can leave whenever. Interesting island but not for that many hours, no matter how much you love shipyards and cranes. (I was thrilled to go here but even I got bored.) Food supplied before opera was cold and very limited. Just sitting staring on a bench waiting for opera to start loses its charm after an hour. Watch out of the birds! EVIL! Can not stress this enough. Would not go again.
