We loved the view from our bedroom and the comfort of the room. The food we ordered to the room arrived quickly and was delicious. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel because 60 AUD per person seemed too much to pay for breakfast. The location was great, close to the harbour and with lots of places to eat in.

Everything! The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, the food was top notch, the room was elegant, spacious and well thought out and the zoo was special. The view of downtown Sydney couldn't be beat. It might be the best place we have ever stayed, and we have traveled throughout Europe and North America.

Location was great, just a short walk from Circular Quay station. The property is beautiful and the site has very interesting history which they have preserved well. Loved reading about that and walking around viewing the archeological remains and artefacts. Rooms were clean and at a comfortable temperature. The cafe had good food and coffee.
