The numerous restaurants in the neighboorhood have changed a lot since the pandemic, but this hotel hasn't. If anything, it has risen from the challenges better than ever. With every visit I notice a number of small improvements that show the staff's detailed attention to the customers' wishes and needs. The always fantastic breakfast got even better in its variety of choices. The location is excellent: direct train link from the airport to Praterstern station, a 100 meters walk from the hotel, and from there S-Bahn, U-Bahn and tram connections which bring you anywhere in central Wien within a few minutes. The hotel is an old family business, and it feels like that: very little staff fluctuation, other than the natural. Clean, friendly, comfortable, and possibly the best value for money in Wien. Highly recommended!

A hotel with a high level of good service. With them in beforehand having the knowledge of an allergy one in our group had - a handwritten card awaits us in the hotel room with a tip of a restaurant that could be a good choice with that in mind. We all enjoyed their breakfast and their courtyard where we relaxed after a day of exploring Wien. If I visit Wien again it will be a choice again.

It’s the best for a pet friendly, comfortable stay in Vienna! Not only are they very kind to our dog, they also prepared a bed, bowls and a snack. Our dog felt at home right away. For us it was great too, the breakfast was varied and good, not only the standard stuff. The parking was convenient but I suggest indeed you book it beforehand as there aren’t many places. The staff was helpful and the bar at the ground floor (owned by the hotel) was great for a quiet evening drink. We would definitely return here!

Just a 5-minute metro ride from the Stephansplatz square right in the heart of Vienna, the eco-labelled Hotel Spiess & Spiess is located in a quiet backstreet.

Hotel was really confortable, everything to make you feel like at Home! It was really quite, a perfect stay! Everything was accessible by bike.
