The apartment is beautiful with a gorgeous view out over rooftops. Friendly, helpful staff 24 hours, with great recommendations of nearby places and where to go for anything you need. Neighbourhood is great, easy walking distance down into the centre of Palermo, to the colourful alleys and markets, or over to the Botanical/Japanese/Ex-Zoological Gardens. Safe to walk locally at night, to many nice local restaurants. During the day you can walk to Recoleta in about an hour or the Centre in about 1.5. Or Cabify into town for about 4-6000 pesos. Perfect place.

I don't know what to praise most, because the hotel has three wonderful things. The staff are very helpful and assist with whatever is needed, as well as being very polite and patient. The breakfast is spectacular. There's nothing to say. It's just perfect. And the room is incredibly comfortable. The bed is perfect, the shower is wonderful. In short, everything is perfect.
