Everything was great. The Staff were incredible, anything we asked for they were there to help with immediately. I’ve never experienced such friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms were lovely and clean and the facilities were great. Our room was amazingly stocked with two little chocolates on arrival & an amazing set of toiletries. The heated rooftop pool was a great bonus. The breakfast was also fantastic. They had a lovely selection of hot & cold food, the best selection of fruit I’ve ever seen and beautiful pastries.

Listen, the property we stayed was pretty new and modern. Best value for our money. Nonetheless, the past part of our stay was the staff. During our stay we had the best time with Francisco, Gabriel and Pablo who are part of Casa Joseph team. This power trio made our stay so much nicer. They were always helpful and willing to do anything that could make our stay better. And they definetly did. Special thanks to Gabriel the guy who runs very well this place. We will come back to this amazing city and to Casa Joseph.

The breakfast was great but the best thing of all about this hotel are the staff. All of them were extremely helpful and friendly. The two girls on the day desk - Sofia and Tatianna were excellent and went out of their way to help us. That was so appreciated! The location of the hotel is superb very close to Plaza Serrano and many very good restaurants.
