This hotel is absolutely amazing! I am a very frequent flyer/traveler and I’ve been to places all around the world the past 20 years but this place really stands out because of the staff. A real gem in the heart of Palermo Hollywood, a great neighborhood with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. We got an amazing room at the top floor with a beautiful view and it was also really quite. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The staff at the reception (Cami & Adrian) were exceptional, so helpful and friendly, by far the best staff we have met on our trip!
