Hotels near Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai

EVERYTHING!!! This is definitely my hotel of choice in Dubai. The facilities are amazing, the staff (with caveat on Executive Lounge - see my comment on what i didnt like - but everything else made up for it) are fantastic and very friendly and helpful, rooms are spotless and cleaned twice a day (morning and 7pm) - this coming from someone with OCD - yes, they are "hospital-grade" clean! Oh and, location, location, location...you walk into the mall of emirates directly from the hotel...no need to struggle with shopping bags..hands free can deliver to the hotel, concierge and bell boys are great and always willing to help even when your feeling alittle guilty..everyone is so nice and just always say a simple hullo and take the chance to find out if all is ok or if you need anything (that personal touch and genuine caring makes a world of difference, even on bad days - they manage to bring a smile to your face) its great for business, great for leisure/vacation- solo and family travel works well here, all ages - so its good for all...managers and staff are approachable and very responsive to make things happen and your stay better, ladies in red check in to see if you are ok, it feels like a home away from home....it has it all...I love it all!

Welcoming was great, the staff was amazing from beginning to end. I’ve been upgraded to a business suite for the third time I come here. The vibes are very nice, you have a lot of facilities, great restaurants (Belgian, Japanese, Indian restaurants, Karaoke, another bar where you can dance, groceries), breakfast is nice, the place looks beautiful and is clean, one of the best value for money in Dubai to be not that far from The Palm, JBR and Downtown at the same time. One of my favorite places in Dubai where I feel like home and for sure will come again.

Checkin was very professional and helpfull during a nonstandard situation

Breakfast was great with widespread of choices. The room was amazingly exceeded our expectations and it suited our family of 6 even though it was a connecting room. The services provided from the staffs at receptions, bellboys, housekeepers, breakfast servers and even the doormen was very welcoming and friendly.
