Loved every minute of our stay here! The staff were exceptional and attended to every one of our requests, including a late check out to coincide with our flight. Our stay was truly memorable! It was our first time at the hotel, and it certainly won’t be the last. The staff made our experience enjoyable from the moment we arrived. The reception team – especially Ahmed, Amira, Nima, Irshad, Wahab, Talat (and others whose names I can’t recall) – were welcoming, smiling, and genuinely caring. The restaurant staff, including Linda and Khalid, were always warm and hospitable. The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, and the hotel's location is perfect – very close to Dubai Mall. the hotel located in front of Burj Khalifa and the view was amazing. the swimming pool in the 54 floor is amazing and you can see Burj Khalifa from the swimming pool. too clean. staff are very friendly and helpful. they smile all time. I really love the place and will visit it again soon.
