Our stay was truly memorable! It was our first time at the hotel, and it certainly won’t be the last. The staff made our experience enjoyable from the moment we arrived. The reception team – especially Ahmed, Amira, Nima, Irshad, Wahab, Talat (and others whose names I can’t recall) – were welcoming, smiling, and genuinely caring. The restaurant staff, including Linda and Khalid, were always warm and hospitable. The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, and the hotel's location is perfect – very close to Dubai Mall. Overall, our stay was amazing. Thank you once again to the entire team. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
