High level of service provided and the cosy arrangement of the St. Regis Suite. The suite is well furnished . The furniture and its setting makes a good feeling of “freedom” and space. Not overly set and it is enough of everything to enjoy the stay! The staff was unobtrusive, but yet extremely supportive, showed professional skills at every stage of our stay. Breakfast was delicious and diverse complimented with an a la carte choice of a verity of dishes. Very well brewed coffee!! All in all we had a great experience with the St. Regis and I will definitely gonna come back on winter or so!!!

My 7 days stay with this property was truly wonderful! Loved my room, the restaurant (food is amazinggg!), the lobby, and oh my the pool area! Would love to take this opportunity to commend the staff’s service! They are so kind and helpful (and very beautiful too both women and men!) most especially Ms. Kareman, she’s a gem!💎 also Ahsan, Rashed, Ms. Amira and Ahmed! So so very patient and helpful!
