Room was comfy, spacious and kept tidy. All of the staff were helpful and great! Breakfast delicious with a kitchen order included. In addition, the hotel restaurant served good food also at lunch and dinner time. The location of the hotel is great, close to the airport, and 2min walk from Deira City Center metro station, from where e.g. Burj Khalifa is convenient to reach by metro. The Deira Mall next to has also a huge grocery store and a wide selection of restaurants. Still the area around the hotel is very calm. Complimentary airport shuttle and bus to the Al Mamzar beach were also very nice additions for our stay.

Very well trained, efficient and polite staff. Decent swimming pool with 2 lanes for serious swimming. Big room. All the facilities, like gym, squash courts etc. Good breakfast buffet. Direct access to Irish Village for pub atmosphere and good British food. 15 minute walk to metro. One stop to nearest shopping mall. A very modern purpose built hotel. Functional if maybe slightly lacking much charm. Altogether very satisfactory stay.

Location was great near the airport and The Irish Village. Breakfast was excellent as was the food in Room Service. Staff are very welcoming and facilities spotless. 4th time staying there and always excellent experience.
