The service was impressively fast and efficient, making each morning a delightful experience. Every aspect of the hotel felt well thought out, ensuring that we, as guests, had the most comfortable and enjoyable stay. The gym was fantastic, offering a great workout space with breathtaking views. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Housekeeping was exceptional – extremely attentive and meticulous, ensuring that everything was always spotless and welcoming. A truly special moment was my birthday surprise! The team went above and beyond by surprising me with a cake and a handwritten card in my room. During breakfast, they even brought out another cake with a candle and sang for me – it made me feel incredibly special and appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and memorable experience. A huge thank you to the front desk team – Maureen, Ashree, and Sulaimar – for making our stay even more wonderful. Great place, incredible breakfasts and dinners, and absolutely amazing staff, excellent pool and service. We accidentally booked separate beds, but they immediately changed our room with a smile on their faces.
