The most upmarket Mall, huge. Located in the downtown area which is a must see. Musical fountains are nice and the food is superb. Aquarium is a one of its kind and is free to visit. Parking is free and there is plenty of place.

Way too big and too few information points.

Way too big and too few information points. If you look for a certain location this will take you a very long time. It woud be good to have normal maps (not only a touch screen every 250 m) of the mall on every central point so you can get an overview where you are. The direction signs were often confusing as they was sometimes pointing up the stairs but when you arrived upstairs there was no further sign in which direction you have to go.

The Most Popular Mall in Dubai Lived the Free Show Dancing Fountains & 8:30 Every Evening. The Food Quarter is very Diverse. Toilet are clean. I am just Wondering if there were Enough Seats for Elderly & Disabled People. Hours of Walking is Agonising & Tiring. It's A Fabulous & The Air Conditioning Jeeps People indoors. Outdoors is Quite Very Hit & Humid During the Summer. However, I love Dubai. Just Stay indoors. Even Taxis & All model of Transport has an Air Condition. It's a Must in Dubai.

The property was fantastic it was was very comfortable and great location. was great close to everything: dubai mall was 5 to 10 min car ride . Museum of the future goes through the hotel . This is was great as we were traveling with our 5 and half month baby. Good size rooms comfortable stay and housekeeping were amazing.

Hotel is within walking distance from Dubai Mall and metro. It has a supermarket in the lower floor which is very convenient. We are a family of 3 and the room provided was very spacious with views of downtown. Laundry room available as well for personal use which is very useful. Staff very helpful and friendly, including the taxi driver that we booked through the hotel. If we ever return, will sure book this hotel again.

The best location, facing Burj Khalifa and the fountain, next to Dubai mall. A huge apartment of 2 bedrooms and the entire living room is serrounded by the eamazing views. As we were late and we took half board for almost no added price, they brought us an excellent 3 courses meal at midnight.

Apartment was very nice and very clean. It's very close to DUBAI MALL. It has a great view of the BURJ KHALIFA from all the windows. Saqib, the manager of the Apartment is kind, friendly and very responsive to any question and queries . I would love to stay here again next time in Dubai.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is very nice, and our room was spacious, clean, and featured a very comfortable bed. The service was the highlight of our trip. The staff are polite and incredibly patient with all of our requests. A huge thank you to Shabrin, Arnold and Kamran for their exceptional help and kindness! The location is also perfect—Dubai Mall is just a 15-minute drive away, and there is a handy supermarket only a 3-minute walk from the entrance. Highly recommended!
