The location is absolutely perfect for exploring! We utilised the free shuttle too! The rooms were spotless and all the facilities were amazing. What stood out the most was the team! Nothing was too much trouble, everyone smiled and acknowledged us around the entire hotel. Breakfast in the morning was great, lots of selection and really delicious. It was good to have the TGIFridays after a long day of exploring. The pool was never overly busy, spotless, lots of sun Loungers and attentive life guards . We absolutely cannot ignore how perfect the view is either! Looking at the burj daily was amazing. We will certainly be choosing the Rove chain on on our next trip away!

The most upmarket Mall, huge.

The most upmarket Mall, huge. Located in the downtown area which is a must see. Musical fountains are nice and the food is superb. Aquarium is a one of its kind and is free to visit. Parking is free and there is plenty of place.

Way too big and too few information points.

Way too big and too few information points. If you look for a certain location this will take you a very long time. It woud be good to have normal maps (not only a touch screen every 250 m) of the mall on every central point so you can get an overview where you are. The direction signs were often confusing as they was sometimes pointing up the stairs but when you arrived upstairs there was no further sign in which direction you have to go.

The Most Popular Mall in Dubai Lived the Free Show Dancing Fountains & 8:30 Every Evening. The Food Quarter is very Diverse. Toilet are clean. I am just Wondering if there were Enough Seats for Elderly & Disabled People. Hours of Walking is Agonising & Tiring. It's A Fabulous & The Air Conditioning Jeeps People indoors. Outdoors is Quite Very Hit & Humid During the Summer. However, I love Dubai. Just Stay indoors. Even Taxis & All model of Transport has an Air Condition. It's a Must in Dubai.

Even if you don't plan to go shopping, visiting Dubai Mall is a must. I've never seen any mall like this one. It's like a city inside the city, so, even taking a stroll here is already a nice experience!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel’s interior is stunning and everything is impeccably maintained. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and professional – truly the best service we’ve ever experienced. The location is perfect, with direct access to Dubai Mall, which makes everything incredibly convenient. The pool is a dream, offering a breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa. We are already looking forward to coming back again.

From the reservation procedure till our check out Manu, the most amazing host I ever met, was veru thoughtful, kind and very quick in answering; the apartment was very large, clean, with every amenity you need, complete forniture, very comfortable, with a stunning view on Burj Kalifa; the position is strategic, at about 15-20 minutes walk to Burj and Dubai mall, and about 30 minutes by car to most of the attraction of the city, like Jumeiraj beach, Future Museum... Very appriaceted and strongly recommended

Apartment is big and comfortable with needed things. Location is perfect, just behind Dubai Mall. U just need to cross, enter a building infront of Dunya Tower, take two escalater, you will reach China town, I mean u already in Dubai Mall, so easy, just perfect. There the security are good and friendly. Getting so many help with Ibrahim, he always responds at ur call anytime and always ready to help. He is so attentive and helpful. Down we have two supermarkets, restaurants and even beauty saloon, hair cut salon and so on.

Very good quality apartment with the view of Burj Khalifa and very close to the biggest shopping centre Dubai mall. We liked very much the stay, building facilities were also very good especially gym (very well equipped with the lot of machines and free weights), pool was good with the heated water and not very crowded. I can recommend you picking this place for your stay in Dubai.

Receptionists Aqib & Alex were extremely friendly and polite, helped us alot.The view from our room-magnificent. Small tip for future visitors- book a room facing Burj Khalifa-totally worth it. Fantastic location, right by Dubai Mall and hidden enough from the main road so very quiet. We had one of the apartments overlooking the fountains so very good view. The staff are amazing, very helpful and courteous. A huge thank you to the night manager - sorry I can't remember his name - who was on duty when we arrived on the evening of 18th December. We've been looking for a suitable hotel for our stopovers in Dubai and we have now found one - we will be back.

Very neat & clean apartment in a wonderful building. It’s the second tower of vida Dubai mall hotel with shared amenities of hotel itself. It felt like getting a suite at half price of a room in vida dubai mall hotel. We loved the direct access to Dubai mall and made it very convenient. Kudos to host & team for being polite and supportive throughout the stay.

Avoid hotel restaurants if you can do without the Alcohol. Food quality and value is better. Alcohol is available in venues attached to hotels only and carry hefty services charges and premiums. Some local options provide a better more cultural experience and value for money. For example, go to Ravi Indian Restaurant if you like Indian. Go to Istanbul Flower on Sheikh Zayed (Next to Safestway) for best Turkish (Try Iskender). Al Hallab for best Lebanese food (Emirates and Dubai Mall or original on Al Garhoud Road). Another good Lebanese option is Al Safadi on Al-Rigga Road in Deira). For best steaks I recommend the JW Mariott in Deira. For good Asian go to Wagamama. For Persian Food go to Sadaf on Sheikh Zayed or in Deira.
