We had an excellent experience at this hotel, and it truly made our stay special. We visited to celebrate our daughter’s birthday, and everything from the service to the overall atmosphere was wonderful. The team helped make the day memorable, and we really appreciated the extra care and kindness throughout our stay. A special thank you to Ms. Tabith, who managed our booking so professionally and made the whole process smooth and easy. Also, sincere thanks to all the staff for their friendliness, kindness, and genuine hospitality. And a big thank you to Kaung for his great assistance with our luggage he was very helpful and supportive. Highly recommended, and we would be happy to stay again!

The room was good and had another view of the pool, the staff always came to clean our rooms every single day, location was perfect and close to Dubai mall, Dubai airport and major sight attractions. All staff were amazing from checking-in to checking- out. there was also a market there that open 24hours

The staff is the kindest, ready to help at any time. Location great - close both to the airport as well as the city centre. The rooms was super clean, smelled great. Definetly great value for money! We will be back!

The room was a good size and well equipped, with tea and coffee making facilities. The location is a major highlight as the hotel is right next to BurJuman Mall and BurJuman Metro Station, which makes getting around Dubai extremely convenient. I also had a great skyline view from my room; part of the Burj Khalifa was visible, and the Dubai Frame was fully in view. The city lights at night were especially beautiful.

The hotel location is excellent. Very close to the metro station and next to Burjuman Mall. A central location to Bur Dubai and Al Karama. The airport is close by. The rooms very pretty good and the clean. Definitely worth a stay. The from desk was very courteous and accommodating. Did check out by 12.30 pm and left our luggage at the concierge.
