the hotel located in front of Burj Khalifa and the view was amazing. the swimming pool in the 54 floor is amazing and you can see Burj Khalifa from the swimming pool. too clean. staff are very friendly and helpful. they smile all time. I really love the place and will visit it again soon.

Best Birthday experience at the top. Plenty of snacks and varieties of cake courtesy of the Armani Group. Enjoyed it very much. Such a beautiful tower. Very hospitable multicultural workers. I will come back again.

The building is absolutely beautiful! I entertain my self just looking at it from 5:Tom to + If you plan to go up during sunset plan ahead . If you want to be up at sunset time exactly you should be in line by 4:30 max! The lines are insanely long for sunset time ..big mistake! We reserved 5:30 got there at 5 and got up at 6 so we miss the change of colors. Buy the 4:30 ticket ! Even the 4 and stay there as long as you want. From up there you will see the city as you were in a plane...hahaha.

You have to visit this place which is the tallest building...

You have to visit this place which is the tallest building in the world, the views are amazing and the photographers took some amazing photos which although a little expensive it is something to treasure. Two souvenir shops were on the top selling various gifts at really reasonable prices. Although we had a timed visit of 6.00p.m we were allowed in straight away.

Wonderous, our little daughter came with us on the night lake gondola boat..I RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE WANTING A SOECIAL MEMORY. IT WAS NOT COSTLY( BOOKED VIA KLOOK). AND OUR DAUGHTER STILL MARVELS AT ALL THE PEOPLE WAVING AT HER FROM THE PROMENADES AS SHE WENT AROUND LIKE A PRINCESS... BEAUTIFUL MEMORY THE BURJ IS JUST IN A CLASS OF ITS OWN

The view is amazing, but the at the top experience is very badly organized. They are probably selling too many tickets for the afternoon time slots. More than 200 people were even piling up in the mall in front of the entrance when we arrived. We had a time slot for 2.30 pm for levels 124&125 and we were waiting in total 2 hours in 5 different endless rows until we were on top. Then another 30 min waiting for the lift down again - at least now with a good view... Either go early in the morning, pay for a more expensive later time slot (but this was not available in combination with Dubai Aquarium) or pay for fast access. Otherwise we cannot recommend this at all.

It was wonderful. The reception staff and the young man who cleaned on the 9th floor were lovely, helped with every question, and made our stay completely worry-free. The location is simply fantastic the area is very well-maintained and new, and the metro is just a few minutes walk away. By metro, it’s only two stops to Dubai Marina and not far from Burj Khalifa either. We were happy with everything the food, the service, the pool, and the staff. If we return to Dubai, we will definitely stay at this hotel again

The best location, facing Burj Khalifa and the fountain, next to Dubai mall. A huge apartment of 2 bedrooms and the entire living room is serrounded by the eamazing views. As we were late and we took half board for almost no added price, they brought us an excellent 3 courses meal at midnight.

Apartment was very nice and very clean. It's very close to DUBAI MALL. It has a great view of the BURJ KHALIFA from all the windows. Saqib, the manager of the Apartment is kind, friendly and very responsive to any question and queries . I would love to stay here again next time in Dubai.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and exactly as shown in the listing. The Burj Khalifa and fountain view was stunning, especially in the evenings. The location was perfect for Downtown Dubai. Mahmud was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole stay smooth from check-in to check-out.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Dubai. The location is excellent, very close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, only a 10–15 minute walk. There are many cafés and restaurants around, and the area is very nice and pleasant for walking. The apartment was clean and comfortable, perfect for a family stay. The host was very kind and helpful, and always replied quickly to our messages on WhatsApp, which made everything very easy. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Location is amazing. The apartment is walking distance to Dubai Mall and you have a great uninterrupted view of the Burj Khalifa. Finishing is very luxe and reception staff are very helpful. The host, Petra, is a huge credit and is the best host I've experienced.

Every single person working in our resort would say good...

Every single person working in our resort would say good morning / good evening and would stop what they were doing to go out of their way to do so. The taxi driver taking us from Burj Khalifa to our hotel was keen for a chat and to share the video of New Year fireworks that he took with his phone.
