Best Birthday experience at the top. Plenty of snacks and varieties of cake courtesy of the Armani Group. Enjoyed it very much. Such a beautiful tower. Very hospitable multicultural workers. I will come back again.

The building is absolutely beautiful! I entertain my self just looking at it from 5:Tom to + If you plan to go up during sunset plan ahead . If you want to be up at sunset time exactly you should be in line by 4:30 max! The lines are insanely long for sunset time ..big mistake! We reserved 5:30 got there at 5 and got up at 6 so we miss the change of colors. Buy the 4:30 ticket ! Even the 4 and stay there as long as you want. From up there you will see the city as you were in a plane...hahaha.

You have to visit this place which is the tallest building...

You have to visit this place which is the tallest building in the world, the views are amazing and the photographers took some amazing photos which although a little expensive it is something to treasure. Two souvenir shops were on the top selling various gifts at really reasonable prices. Although we had a timed visit of 6.00p.m we were allowed in straight away.

Wonderous, our little daughter came with us on the night lake gondola boat..I RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE WANTING A SOECIAL MEMORY. IT WAS NOT COSTLY( BOOKED VIA KLOOK). AND OUR DAUGHTER STILL MARVELS AT ALL THE PEOPLE WAVING AT HER FROM THE PROMENADES AS SHE WENT AROUND LIKE A PRINCESS... BEAUTIFUL MEMORY THE BURJ IS JUST IN A CLASS OF ITS OWN

The view is amazing, but the at the top experience is very badly organized. They are probably selling too many tickets for the afternoon time slots. More than 200 people were even piling up in the mall in front of the entrance when we arrived. We had a time slot for 2.30 pm for levels 124&125 and we were waiting in total 2 hours in 5 different endless rows until we were on top. Then another 30 min waiting for the lift down again - at least now with a good view... Either go early in the morning, pay for a more expensive later time slot (but this was not available in combination with Dubai Aquarium) or pay for fast access. Otherwise we cannot recommend this at all.

The room was a good size and well equipped, with tea and coffee making facilities. The location is a major highlight as the hotel is right next to BurJuman Mall and BurJuman Metro Station, which makes getting around Dubai extremely convenient. I also had a great skyline view from my room; part of the Burj Khalifa was visible, and the Dubai Frame was fully in view. The city lights at night were especially beautiful.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel’s interior is stunning and everything is impeccably maintained. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and professional – truly the best service we’ve ever experienced. The location is perfect, with direct access to Dubai Mall, which makes everything incredibly convenient. The pool is a dream, offering a breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa. We are already looking forward to coming back again.

We were offered a free upgrade to a spacious top (65th) floor room. It had view similar to what you get from Burj Khalifa, kitchen, dressroom and anything you need. Our family with 3 kids loved it and made our Dubai experience simply unforgettable. Also, the hotel itself is well maintained, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is excellent. Yes, you have to wait a little while for the elevator, but it's not as long as over reviewers expressed. Mostly 1-5 minutes. It overexceeded our expectations!

Very good quality apartment with the view of Burj Khalifa and very close to the biggest shopping centre Dubai mall. We liked very much the stay, building facilities were also very good especially gym (very well equipped with the lot of machines and free weights), pool was good with the heated water and not very crowded. It was wonderful. The reception staff and the young man who cleaned on the 9th floor were lovely, helped with every question, and made our stay completely worry-free. The location is simply fantastic the area is very well-maintained and new, and the metro is just a few minutes walk away. By metro, it’s only two stops to Dubai Marina and not far from Burj Khalifa either. We were happy with everything the food, the service, the pool, and the staff. If we return to Dubai, we will definitely stay at this hotel again

The best location, facing Burj Khalifa and the fountain, next to Dubai mall. A huge apartment of 2 bedrooms and the entire living room is serrounded by the eamazing views. As we were late and we took half board for almost no added price, they brought us an excellent 3 courses meal at midnight.

Every single person working in our resort would say good...

Every single person working in our resort would say good morning / good evening and would stop what they were doing to go out of their way to do so. The taxi driver taking us from Burj Khalifa to our hotel was keen for a chat and to share the video of New Year fireworks that he took with his phone.
