We stayed as a group of 17 people, and every single need was met with ease. The staff was outstanding - super quick, responsive, and always available via WhatsApp, making communication effortless. No request was too big; they always had a solution ready. The food was amazing, with plenty of complimentary treats, and the BBQ with the chef exceeded all expectations - such a great way to feed a large group! The rooftop BBQ area on the villas is a game-changer. The pool and facilities were excellent, the houses were spacious and comfortable, and the beds were great for a good night’s sleep. The place was quiet and perfect for both work and leisure, giving us plenty of space for our team activities. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend it to large groups looking for a seamless experience!

We were pleasantly surprised about the level of service received by the checkin team, it truly surpassed our expectations. The property was incredible with fantastic facilities, beach and pool access which made it great resort. Highly recommend to anyone visiting RAK.

Perfect location right next to the Al Hamra Conference Centre. Staff were exceptional and look after our team. Rooms were spacious and well equipped.
