I liked the staff service, location, and the neighborhood, and hotel facilities. The hotel has an airport shuttle that runs every hour so ppl can travel to and from airport for free with comfort. Diera city center mall and day to day center is just walking distance hence we could do small shopping easily when required. Red Metro station is 3 minutes away, so the transportation is easy for the attractions.

The value for money was exceptional. Very nice room with a huge bed and a couch, nice bathroom. Very quiet and good sound proof. The staff went extra mile to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, including early check in on the day of our arrival with no extra charge. Nice breakfast with lots of different options and great coffee! Not far from the center and all the entertainment. Really loved it and would recommend for a stay in Dubai.

Absolutely everything. From check in to check out. The staff made us feel welcome from the beginning to the very end of our stay. Even house keeping was on top of their game. 20 star review if it was possible. Will definitely be returning when back in Dubai
