Hotels near Abu Hail Metro Station, Dubai

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and good looking. Pictures dont really do justice towards this beauty

The buffet breakfast is the best I ever had! Staff were all professional and very friendly. We had an excellent sleep - great bed and very quiet.

Staff is great, transfer to airport and town are convenient, vry nice pool, bar, coffeshop. perfekt stay.

We had a huge, beautifully furnished room with a fantastic view of the waterfront. It was amazing. In fact, the whole hotel was amazing with its glass staircase and ornate furnishings. Everywhere we went, we were saying wow, isn't that beautiful. The rooftop pool had fantastic views and the pool water was lovely and warm. The staff were friendly, welcoming and we were so well looked after. Yousef gave us a personal guided tour up to our room which even had a spa bath overlooking the waterfront. I've never seen such a huge bed before, it was enormous, really comfortable and we slept really well. We arrived off a long flight late in the evening, but on going outside to just relax and enjoy the beautiful Chritmas lights decorecorating the hotel entrance, Azim recommended that we had short walk to see the nearby Night Markets. It was an excellent recommendation. He also offered to take photos of us when he saw us struggling to get good selfies of us with the Christmas decorations behind us. Yousef very kindly granted us a late checkout which we really appreciated as we had another very long flight in front of us and Tabitha on Reception booked us a taxi and stayed chatting to us until the taxi arrived. The other staff were all excellent too, but these three staff stood out for their excellent customer service and we thank them for looking after us so well.

As usual the staff is the good at this hotel despite some of them been changed. Thanks to barmen lady if not mistaken name is Sarita. I like the rooftop of this hotel as main reason to stay for 3rd visit in Dubai
