Great experience from start to finish. From Micah checking us in, to the regular character meets and the duty manager Aziz who pulled out all the stops to make sure our kids had the most memorable experience. The free access to WB theme park a few steps away was a game changer and all the special accommodations made for people of determination were beyond expectations.

The staff assistant is surely better than in any other hotel, we didn’t near “no” for any of our requests from housekeeping, reception, room service, spa.. everyone was extremely helpful and we got a cake for celebration, room decoration, late check out, and everything we could need! Thank you Rihan and Abdallah from reception! And of course, all the staff is so smiley! It leaves a great impression!

The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the view from the room was absolutely amazing. The reception staff, especially Mr. Mohammad Jad, were highly professional and provided us with detailed information, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

The location was from the Yas Circuit and major shopping malls but close to Abu Dhabi Golf Club. Generally the hotel was basic and the bed was not as comfy as I would have preferred. The room that we initially got was on a no smoking floor but it appears someone was naughty and did smoke in the room. Really unfortunate it appeared as if someone tried to conceal it by putting in lots of other fragrances. Grateful though that the hotel staff had to move us to another room as I am highly allergic.
