Guests can experience game viewing tours organized by the Lodge. The sun loungers by the pool allow guests to have a relaxing sun bath. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in public areas. When you arrive, you get greeted immediately, and staff would help you with your luggage to the room. The rooms are all beautiful, and the drives are fantastic. I was very happy about how mindful our guide (Cathy) was towards the animals (If there were other cars near a certain animal, we would try to come back later. She kept good distances), and how knowledgeable she is. She tried to really find all the animals (except leopard, as they would be exceptional to find). I would really recommend staying 2 nights, so you have enough game drives to also go and see the giraffes (they live further away in the reserve). The dinner is fantastic, the breakfast is fantastic, and the morning coffee with a view of the elephants really ties everything together (they also live in the big reserve, but tend to come into view in the morning). The staff is all really nice, and the spa treatments are not too expensive.

Guests can also enjoy complimentary access to the sauna, steam room and heated lap pool in the J Wellness Circle. There is a spacious fitness centre, fully equipped with Techno machines for working out. Everything went very well, I spent two nights and it was an exceptional stay. I told them I am in a honeymoon and I was given a complimentary upgrade and also received a substantial discount for the wellness center, which I took advantage of for a relaxing massage. The on-site restaurant “Taj Bombay Brasserie” was also lovely and the cuisine was delightful, I even met the chief to personally thank him for the delicious food. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and plan to return again in the near future. I will be sure to recommend this hotel to friends and family as well. Boasting pool with a view and views of garden, theLAB BLUE is a recently renovated guest house situated in Franschhoek, 29 km from Boschenmeer Golf Course. A hot tub is available for guests. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. I enjoyed the overall cleanliness of the property. The location was also very well located, it is walking distance to restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet at night. Staff are very friendly and helpful

This place is perfect for a good night's rest, I slept sooo well after the quality jacuzzi time I didn't want to wake up! Wish we could stay longer, the jacuzzi is a plus point, the beautiful bath, the shower the television everything is just soo comfortable
