Although Hazyview has expanded a lot over the past 30 year since Thulamela was established, this small intimate little B&B with only 6 cabins retains its character and tranquility. Penny, the owner and host is perfect as are the staff, Julia and the lady who brought us our delicious breakfast. Not a cooked breakfast but delicious.

The place is in nature and hence very quiet. It is a beautiful setting and there is lots of space in the house. One can walk on the property and enjoy the views. There is a spa on site. Fantastic.

The chalet has an outdoor fireplace and a hot tub. Extremely remote, quaint 21st century cabin like feel. As it’s predominantly glass, it was wonderful watching the animals (deer I believe), come and go while we had breakfast. The pictures do this place no justice, you must to go and experience it for yourself!

Beautiful lodge set in lovey grounds, peaceful and relaxing, Staff were excellent and the accommodation was luxury and very spacious. The restaurant served excellent food and we really enjoyed the freshly cooked breakfast. Highly recommend

Activities include guided tours among the roses and macadamia trees. Gorgeous environment. Excellent staff service. Everything was perfect.
