The rooms are SPOTLESS, and the bathrooms were the best (biggest, cleanest, facilities) we came across during our whole South Africa trip! The food was incredible, very tasty and would definitely recommend taking part in their Braai in the boma - lovely atmosphere and very reasonably priced! Finally, our stay wouldn't have been so great if it weren't for Natalie. Where to even start. We were contacted prior to arriving via whatsapp, which we loved. My fiancé has a bad tooth and she recommended a local store/pharmacy she was eager to hear all our stories from our self-drive safaris. Plus, she helped arrange a full day safari, quite last minute, with a local company - which was also great. Thank you Natalie and all the staff at Kruger Eden Lodge, we cannot fault our stay!

Monkey Thorn Lodge & Wellness Spa - Adults Only offers 5-star accommodation with a fitness centre, sauna and hot tub. We stay with friends at this hotel. It was excellent and staff were very friendly. We eat in restaurant and for us we had pizza and we Italian. It was perfect pizza. The room was grand and elegant and the beds were very comfortable, we sleep very good. We highly recommend this hotel for holiday.

At the lodge guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub. What an absolutely amazing place and people. Couldn’t asked for a better place to spend my new year! Brian, Donald, Lynn, Mamsi and the rest of staff made me feel so at home and taken care of. Rooms/tents are very spacious and comfortable with a huge terrace so you can really take in the surroundings. Dinner around the fireplace in the evening was lovely, and the food was amazing! Be prepared to gain a couple kilos - it’s so worth it ;) They will arrange any activity for you and I can also highly recommend the bush walks. I hope to be back at Lion Tree Top soon!

Luxury but all inclusive so no surprises. The staff were all charming and professional. The service and cuisine were exceptional.
