From the seamless check-in at the Club Lounge to the delightful cocktails during happy hour, everything exceeded my expectations. The concierge team was highly professional and attentive, and Nghĩa (if I remember the name correctly) stood out with his strength and efficiency, making luggage handling seem effortless. One highlight of my stay was tasting Hue’s famous lotus seed sweet soup (Chè Hạt Sen), which was truly delicious. It was impressive to receive such professional service in a city without international flights. Despite the rainy weather in Hue, staying in the tallest hotel in the city offered stunning views, which made up for the gloomy days. Another fantastic perk was the daily allowance of two complimentary laundry items, which added great convenience to my stay. Overall, Meliá Vinpearl Hue delivered an exceptional experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hue.

Rooms enjoy city views and come with a private bathroom equipped with bathtub, hairdryer and free toiletries. Very nice staff, free room upgrade, we were also able to stay in the pool and on the rooftop after checkout because our flight was in the evening.

The fitness centre lets guests work out while the hotel’s Royal Spa provides an indoor pool, hot tub and body treatments for relaxation. Other facilities at Imperial Hotel include a club with slot machines and state-of-the-art casino games. Location was ideal within easy walking of the centre, room was superb and spacious with a great view over the river, staff were excellent especially Mr Van Duc front of house and both breakfast and restaurant managers who always met us with a smile and were willing to go the extra step to meet our dietary needs. Breakfast was amazing with a large amount of choice. And even had its own temple on the roof, All in all an exceptional hotel.

I loved being here so much. I was here for 12 days. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My room was amazing. The location for the homestay was amazing. Breakfast was amazing. I’m vegetarian so they made me a vegetarian breakfast everyday. They sent out my laundry to be done and picked it up for me. I felt very welcomed and at ease being here. 15 minute walking distance to Từ Hieu Temple/Dieu Tram. Or taking a motorcycle ride through Grab app is less than 50 cents USD (to Từ Hiểu Temple). There’s also a vegetarian restaurant (Chay Corner) 1 min walking distance from the homestay. Coffee shop 2 minutes walk (Dalax).

Afternoons can also be spent at the golf course, less than 3.2 km away. The Banyan Tree Lang Co excelled at customer service. It was really a five star experience. We didn’t pick the best time to go to Vietnam as it was cloudy most days but the staff and especially our villa host Yen brightened each day for us.
