Other facilities at Imperial Hotel include a club with slot machines and state-of-the-art casino games. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The options available were outstanding. The dining room was large and spacious and the staff attentive. We could see the Imperial City Flag from our room. Location to the Citadel was a very quick Grab ride. Save walking there when it takes three hours to walk around the grounds of the Citadel.

Special shoutout to Bep, the bartender, for the fun and delicious Vietnamese salt coffee class, and to Lynn, whose firm and professional customer service stood out. The receptionist was always helpful and made everything easy. I also loved the yoga sessions with Yulia – peaceful, energizing, and beautifully led. A perfect place to relax and recharge! We have booked the villa with private onsen, what an unexpected treat!

The girls at the reception explained everything in detail and gave me a map. They recommended good restaurants near the hotel. Everything was wonderful. Clean and comfortable. The hotel had wonderful breakfasts.

The location is exceptional—beautiful and serene, with an amazing view from the villas. Speaking of the villas, they are among the most stunning you'll find in Vietnam, with top-quality furniture and an overall luxurious feel. The pool is beautiful and perfect for both adults and children, while the beach, with its soft beige-yellow sand, is just as impressive. Although the sea is slightly choppy, it's still perfectly safe. The restaurants offer excellent cuisine, and we were treated to several thoughtful gestures throughout our stay. We’re leaving with unforgettable memories, full of joy and admiration for this place. If I could, I would give it a 11/10!
