We were absolutely blown away by our stay! Truly 5 stars. Gorgeous view of the koi ponds and extensive Japanese gardens right from our balcony. Even beautiful in the rain :) Room was SPOTLESS, never have I seen a hotel in Southeast Asia so sparkling clean! Thank you, Kobe housekeeping. Bed was absolutely massive, extremely comfortable, and had the best pillows. Room included onsen access to 9 pools of mineral HEAVEN, with friendly staff to walk you through it and give you plenty of privacy. Outstanding breakfast far exceeded expectations and included really unique options to break up the monotony of Vietnamese food -- incl. sushi, matcha cakes, steamed taro bunsfreshly brewed specialty teas, a miso soup station, etc. in addition to the standard Asian-style and Western-style offerings. We were even pleasantly suprised by the culinary quality of the room service, and the steak and sushi we had for dinner on the property's restaurant on our last night. Service was top-notch.

Very friendly helpful staff, clean room, TV with English language stations. Cold glass of water everytime I entered the hotel. The tour of Hue they hooked me up with was exceptional. Will get a room with a window next time overlooking the street. Good breakfast in the morning.

omg, it was absolutely incredible in every way possible. The property was stunning. It was tranquil and peaceful... The staff were sooooooo lovely and made our honeymoon and my husbands birthday so perfect in every way. the food was also amazing, loved brunch ... We will certainly be back and would love to book villa 150 again next time. Thanks so much for everything, we are left with such beautiful and unforgettable memories
