The staff is very welcoming and the service excellent. We got a room upgrade when we arrived to the pool villa which was situated right beside their heated pool. The property has 2 pools and their heated pool was pleasantly warm even in chilly January weather. We had free 30 minute daily massages that were extremely relaxing after a long day of walking to see the sights. Cristy , the assistant general manager, and Claudia at the reception area were very kind and accommodating. They connected with us daily and ensured that we had an amazing stay in their hotel.
