The staff (Johnny, Tommy, Mr. Vien Manager, et al.) is very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. They ensured our memorable experience. A round-trip private car from Hanoi to Halong Bay was arranged well (2.5 hrs on the expressway). We were picked up from the hotel in Hanoi at 9:15 am. The room included 3 meals a day, water activities (cruising & kayaking), and an excursion (bicycle tour) at Cat Ba. We highly recommend a 3-day and 2-night stay. On the last day, we left something on the cruise. The staff, especially Thuy Dang, was very helpful and thoughtful to manage to deliver our stuff in Hanoi. We really appreciate it.
